Question: My account has been deleted but I have candidates assigned to me. What should I
do?
Answer: Ask the Admin to recreate the deleted account. Afterwards, ensure that the
candidates are still assigned to you; if they are not, reassign them through the Teacher
Assignment facility.

Question: What should be done if a User’s account was accidentally deleted?
Answer: Ask the Admin at your centre to recreate the deleted account.

Question: I tried unsuccessfully on three occasions to access the ORS and as a result, my
account has been disabled. What should I do?
Answer: Ask the Admin at your centre to enable (reactivate) your account. A User’s account
is usually disabled after three unsuccessful login attempts.

Question: What type of password do I need to create to gain access to the ORS?
Answer: A password that must be at least eight (8) characters in length of which at least one
must be a capital letter, a common letter, a number and a special character: for example,
My#1player .

Question: Can I get my password changed?
Answer: You can get the Admin to reset your password or you can change your password
yourself by using the Change Password option on the Main Menu screen.
