1. Bringing on reserve Markers from the database;

2. Seeking referrals;
3. Re-assigning markers to a new QIG once their old QIG was completed;
4. Providing persons who would function as coaches for the Markers who
were perceived to be in “trouble”;
5. Re-allocating markers from cognate subjects which had finished;
6. And finally, re-standardizing suspended markers on a different QIG.
