MISTI’S BABIES GROWING UP

This is a story of my pet cat.I have a pet cat called Misti.She is very cute.She has white, grey and

black fur on her body.Two months ago Misti gave birth to three cute babies.I called them Traca,
Craca and Myasi.Traca and Craca play all the time but Myasi is very calm and becomes happy

to see them playing. She is not playing all the time.

There is a jasmine tree in front of my house. Under the jasmine tree Misti played with her
kittens everyday.Misti used to climb up the tree and her babies also tried but they were too little

to do so.There were two terrible street dogs who came in front of my house and chased them

many times a day. As the kittens were too little, Misti was very scared because her children were
not able to run very fast.She took them in her mouth and ran to a safe place,sometimes into my

house also.It was an everyday affair.Thus the days went on.

The kittens grew up,they can run faster than before.One afternoon, I sat near my verandah and

watched them playing below the jasmine tree.It was very entertaining. Suddenly, those two dogs

came barking loudly.They were very furious.I was anxious for the kittens.I came downstairs and
chased the dogs away and started searching for the kittens.I noticed there was nothing in the

dogs’ mouth. I came back to the jasmine tree but nobody was there.I was very sad.After

sometime, I heard a low, soft sound of a cat,then it came many times.It was coming from the
branches.I looked upward and saw the kittens were on top of the branches.They can climb

trees,they were grown up now.I was very happy to see them over there.It was a big relief for

Misti as well as me.
