LESSONS LEARNT
❖ Most customers complained about not being aware of the benefits that can be gained by
using Betway
❖ Betting business is mostly affected during the month of Ramadhan as most of the
customers visited were not happy to bet this month.
❖ There is a gap between product and customers as most of bettors recognize Betway is
only for premium, Hence we need to increase awareness and activation program to
capture customers and increase TOMA.
❖ System downtime on Saturday lead to less registration hence affect the activation
number.
