           ❖ Most customers complained about not being aware of the benefits that can be gained by
             using Betway

           ❖ Betting business is most affected during the month of Ramadhan as most of the

             customers who visited were not happy to bet this month.

           ❖ There is a gap between the product and customers as most bettors recognize Betway is
             only for premium, Hence we need to increase awareness and activation programs to

             capture customers and increase TOMA.

           ❖ System downtime on Saturday led to less registration hence affecting the activation
             numbers.
