LESSONS LEARNT
❖ Most of customer complaining not to be aware with our benefits that can be gained by
using Betway.
❖ Betting business is mostly affected during the month of Ramadhan as most of the
customers visited was not happy to bet this month.
❖ There is a gape between product and customers as most of bettors recognize Betway is
only for premium, Hence we need to increase awareness and activation program to
capture customers and increase TOMA.
❖ System downtime on Saturday lead to less registration hence affect the activation
number.
