The Dutch air service (IC. L. M.) now maintains a bi-weekly service
in both directions between Holland and the Dutch East Indies via the
Persian Gulf. The planes call at Bushire and Jask. The French air line
.(Air France) also runs a weekly service via Bushire between France and
Indo-China. These air lines carry passengers and mails. There is still
no infernal air service in spite of rumours that one was to be inaugurated
during the year.
