23rd April 1866.
I hate tho honour to inform you that, in pursuance of Commodore
Ia foot, we landed on the 3lit, sod Pantaloon Hillyar’s orders to “under any oiroum-
loft on tho oroaing of the 33rd. stances be out of the Persian Gulf by the
(3d.) L Pillt. end of April,” I propose leaving Bushiro
to-morrow, the 24th of April, for Bassadore to comploto coal, and then proceed
out of the Gulf in compliance with my instructions.
I shall be ready to carry out any of your views or wishes as far as in my
power lies on my way down the Gulf.
