82 ADMINISTRATION REPORT OF THE
Scott & Co., MuhajL.nerali. The former returned to Muliammerak on the 7tk
August, but Mr. Dell, who represents Messrs. Scott & Co., London, the
manufacturers of the Plant, remained in Kuwait to carry out certain changes
in its erection. When those had been completed and the Plant was ready to
test, Mr. Wardlo returned to Kuwait. The test, however, proved unsatisfactory
and although both engineers remained in Kuwait till the end of the year and
carried out additional alterations, they failed to make the Plant work
efficiently. By the end of December they had decided that they were unable
to do anything further without additional material from the United Kingdom.
