A.—Foreign Representatives.
French Consulate.—Alonsieur Georges Cassin was French Consul through
out the year. He made a tour of the Gulf in tho Spring and went as far as India
to the East and Bagdad to tho West. For the summer months he recessed at
Shiraz. lie tours as much as possible by air.
