The following ships of the Royal and Indian Navy visited Muscat during
the year :— •
II.M.S. “ Enterprise ”—5th to 8th October and 7th November.
H.M.S. “ Shorcham ”—29th March, 24th October.
H.M.S. “ Fowey ”—2nd to 4th March, 20th to 30th April, 29th July,
11th to 20th September.
H.M.S. “ Bideford ”—14th January, 15th to 16th March.
H.M.S. “ Deptford ”—31st March, 26th to 27th April, 10th to 14th
May, 26th to 29th August.
H.M.S. ‘‘ Hindustan ”—24th to 26th August.
H.M.S. •* Lawrence ”—24th to 26th August.
