As of the end of 2020, 99% of the fish we use is certified as sustainable through one or more of these schemes. And we make all our sourcing transparent through our listings on both the Ocean Disclosure Project (ODP) and FishChoice websites.
Our products
We love salmon, it is so easy to prepare and so nutritious, rich in protein and Omega-3. So, our products are all designed to help people enjoy more salmon, more often as part of a healthy, balanced diet. We are big fans of frozen too, it’s such a fantastically natural way to maintain the taste and nutrition of fresh foods and help cut food waste. Our frozen products include our signature, fuss free salmon fillets, flavoured with delicious marinades such as Garden Mint and Thai Spices. We are also one of just a few UK suppliers to offer certified Organic salmon, the highest welfare salmon you can buy.
Over the past few years, JCS Fish has returned to a family tradition of fish smoking, experience which we used to good advantage when we decided to set up our new smokehouse in Grimsby.
