Cause of ST depression

•Myocardial ischemia (down / upward sloping )

•Ventricular hypertrophy with strain

•Digoxin toxicity (reverse tick mark)

ST depression will significant if it found in two correspond lead

such corresponding leads (I+AVL, II+ III+ AVF, V to V4 ETC ).
