Our Thoughts and Memories
Danny could light up a room, command an audience, and make you laugh.
When he first started in the home improvement business at the age of 19 working
for his father, he asked his father if he could have a title. Dan would say he was
made Vice President in charge of opening the window. As it turned out, Danny
was a true people person and had an innate talent for sales. He grew Gibraltar
Home Improvements into an extremely successful business which I know he
was extremely proud of. I will miss so much about this wonderful long time
friend. May his memory be a blessing for all who knew him.

Dan brought such joy to me. He always said to me “Dice, your my best fan”.and I
always said “Yes I am”. I was a witness to a brilliant mind, who was able to read a
moment and create such a funny result. We laughed all the time around him, his
goal was to make everyone smile....He made the dullest moment shine.
I will very much miss him very much ….Dan was “ One of a Kind”
He was very loved!!! Dice
Dan was the funniest guy; he came to my house to give me an estimate for work
that I needed completed and we spent more time laughing than going over the
job! He also loved his watches, I sat next to him at one of our Christmas dinners
and he must have shown me his new Rolex about ten times, he even let me try it
on for about 15 minutes. He was a fun, generous guy and will be missed.

Charisma, poise, humor, with a teaspoon of vulnerability. Good ingredients for a
lovable guy, right? I mean, Dan could charm the "itch" out of a witch! Once a
meter maid actually apologized for writing him a parking ticket! Last April 15
Uncle Sam told him, "Nah, this year's on me!" Dan, you made us all laugh, and
you made us love you...and we always will.

A few years ago, a former member of our group was explaining the Cloud to us. It
was a new concept at that time and we both had questions which we addressed
to the presenter. Kidding around I turned around to Dan and jokingly asked him,
"Do our computers have to be plugged in order for it to work". This ridiculous
comment absolutely floored him. Many times, when we would meet, we would
pretend we were holding a plug a say to each other, "Does this thing have to be
plugged in". This running joke would always crack us up. I'll miss all the laughs
we had together buddy. Rest in peace Dan! Your Friend...
