       Welcome May! As our busy season comes to a slower pace,  stay tuned

       for summer special events!

         We will continue pickleball clinics, classes, & spa services all summer

       long!

       Staying hydrated in the Arizona summer: Make sure you are getting

       electrolytes when drinking water throughout the day. They play a role

       in conducting nervous impulses, contracting muscles, keeping you

       hydrated and regulating your body’s pH levels. Drinking electrolyte

       water, or coconut water will help keep your body balanced.

       You can also make your own:

       Yield: 4 cups

       Serving size: 1 cup

       Ingredients:

            1/4 tsp of salt

            1/4 cup of lemon juice

            1/4 cup of lime juice

            1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut water

            2 cups cold water

       Unlike store-bought versions, this recipe provides a refreshing boost

       Remember, it's a dry heat, stay hydrated!
