Graduate Student Housing

Located at the Elm and Broadway office among the full complement of urban
crossroads in the coastal city of New Haven, apartment-style living. A Commons on the
Connecticut, KSQ designed a mixed-use second floor, overlooking the commercial

This 57,777 sq ft new construction mixed- and technology-based engagement among
