Niko Njotorahardjo Residence Hall
Niko Hall is the first residential project on campus. There are 248 beds in the 28,000 sq
campus in over 60 years. Our team was ft residence hall that includes a new zig-zag
challenged by school leadership to design a bed concept. The concept focused on floor
unique residence hall while complimenting efficiency and offers the students a room student housing
its surroundings. Niko Hall has an east and within a room. The beds are inside the walls
west wing with a shared lobby that contains which allowed the design team to increase
a glowing tower that acts as a beacon. The square footage of bedrooms and common
east wing sets at a slight axis to gesture spaces.
