KSQ designed residential facilities for Florida are presented in an L shaped building using
Atlantic University on their John D. MacArthur sustainability concepts to be good stewards
campus at Jupiter with new state-of-the- of the environment. Phase II will consist of
art collegiate honors housing. Our team another L shaped building of semi-suites to student housing
provided amenities that appeal to honors form a quad with phase I. The master planning
students with semi-suite unit types that include approach connects the parking area and the
baths and kitchenettes. The building features existing residential buildings to the academic
common kitchens, computer lab, fitness and buildings of the campus beyond. This housing
65 study spaces and incorporates ten faculty was designed to assist the university’s mission 66
units and a faculty lounge on the ground of increasing its footprint throughout the
level. In phase I, 153 beds of semi-suites, 10 region by increasing enrollment at the growing
faculty apartments and one staff apartment, Jupiter campus.
