In the week following the Grand Boulé, Past Grand Sire Gregory Vincent and Grand Sire Murray requested my collaboration with Archon Douglas Bender of Beta Epsilon Boulé and Past Chair of the Grand Strategic Planning Committee on a propo- sed Covid-19 testing and research project that Ar- chon Frederick Lowery of Phi Boulé and Thermo Fisher Scientific was interested in pursuing with a select number of HBCUs and at no cost to the institutions.
