STARTING POSITION: Grab the attacker’s right wrist with your left hand.
With your right, “cap” the attacker’s right hand by placing your hand over his.
This can be done with an explosive punching movement with your hand.
1. Pull the wrist toward you with your left and push down with your right,
putting strain on the attacker’s wrist. Apply the pressure using your upper body
and even your legs, not just your arms. This hold should take place
approximately a forearm’s length away from your body for maximum force.
