Feint with a knee kick to the body. Instead of powerfully
  completing the knee kick, return your foot to the  oor in
  front  of  you.  Continue  with  a  rotating  elbow  from  the
  same  side  of  your  body.  Keep  your  body  straight  during
  the knee kick so that you can put your weight behind the
  following elbow technique.

  A–D: Kem feints with a knee kick. He quickly returns his foot
  to the floor in front of him and continues with a rotating elbow.
