Stakeholder Engagement
Prairie Land Public School Division has engaged staff and communities regarding the Alberta Education Assurance Model and Education Plan; specifically, with the question “What does education need to look like in 2026 and beyond in Prairie Land?”
Engagement meetings were held online for school communities and staff. Discussion centered on the four Prairie Land Focal Points (Teaching and Learning, Health
and Wellness, Culture and Inclusivity, Engagement and Community), and subsequent results from the present and past school year. Follow-up surveys requesting input were shared with parents, school councils, community and staff.
This information and the corresponding surveys identified key themes that will positionPrairieLandasaleader in education in this province.
