HOW TO MAKE RUJAK BUAH

Words power:
 Brown sugar : gula merah
 Tamarind liquid : air asam jawa
 Grind chilies : giling cabe
 Serve chilled : sajikan sewaktu dingin

INGREDIENTS;
- 1 papaya, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 mango, peeled cubed
- 1 pineapple, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons peanuts, fry
- 1 hot chili pepper, seed, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamarind, dissolved in 1/4 cup water

STEPS
 First, peel, cut and mix all the fruits together for 1 minute
 Second, grind chilies and salt
 Third, add brown sugar
 Next, add dry roasted peanuts and grind completely
 After that, pour some tamarind liquid
 Then, mix the sauce and fruits together
 Finally, serve chilled
