Partnership Proposal
for

Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles

Business Images, Inc. is seeking the opportunity to do business with Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles.
Business Images, Inc. is a solely owned Minority Business, by Artist/Sculpture/Designer/Producer,
M. Bernard Edmonds, I (BerniE.) I decided to assist various organizations in Fund Raising in the areas
of Child Abuse/Domestic Violence Advocacies and Adoption Agencies. I have assisted these various
organizations through In-Kind Service, Art Shows and Direct Donations. To date, I have assisted in
helping to raise over $500,000.00 for these organizations. I have even assisted families and college
graduates in realizing their dreams. At this season in my life, I have shifted much of my focus toward
assisting in the various Cancer Awareness Fund Raisers and Campaigns. However, recently a cause that has
affected me very personally is that of Dementia/Alzheimer’s. Currently, my Mother, Floncy Edmonds
is suffering from the disease, which has progressed to Alzheimer’s. In the midst of my pain of watching
her fade, as the vibrant, witty and “All Knowing” Guide in my life, (even in adulthood), it has prompted me
to get involved in Awareness Raising, Fund Raising and Supporting both her personally, as well as seeking
how I might be most effective on a global level.
My Business Model in partnering with Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles would not change at all
from the original model of Business Images, Inc. In working with AlzGLA, I will produce promotional
goods and services for AlzGLA and the general public. Those products would be inclusive of, but not
limited to; Apparel, Accessories, Art, Promotional Products and Jewellery. I propose to show/sale items
on the various social media sites; Face Book, Twitter, Pinterest, E-bay, Jet, Etsy and Amazon to name a few.
In addition, I will dedicate a website to the promotion/sale of the items that are approved for our
partnership. I will seek the approval of Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles for scripting of advertising
and promotional statements, use of the organization’s name, and pertinent logos to be used on the
various media sites and sales venues.
Upon approval of our Partnership, a negotiated percentage of the net sales will be donated to
the Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles through the sites and venues that are noted in the
Partnership agreement which bear the name, logo, statement and intellectual property images
that associate Business Images, Inc. with Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles.
