                Our Mission

To identify and increase economic development opportunities for African American, Veteran, and
other minority businesses. We are committed to improve the mind, body and spirit of our members
                and the community.

                Our Goals

To increase the number and the success of African American and minority businesses in Riverside
County, while developing a pipeline of future entrepreneurs through better education and healthier
                holistic habits for better outcomes.

                Overview

The Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce (RCBCC) is more than an organization for just
businesses, it’s an integral part of the economic development fiber of our community. When we
speak of economic development we mean more then entrepreneurship. Although entrepreneurship is
vital to many of our programs, we understand that the creation of jobs and the securing of these jobs
is really what economic development is all about. Money has to flow into our communities for our
community to truly prosper. Membership is open to all individuals, seniors and youths, organizations
and groups or associations that support our mission, along with business owners.

RCBCC serves to create, identify or expand economic development opportunities for African
                American and minority businesses.

                We also:

                   1. Provide financial tools and information for economic empowerment to both the business
owners and individual interested in starting a business.
                   2. We produce workshops, training, seminars, mixers and the distribution of relevant
information to our members in as many ways as we can.
                   3. We are committed to using both traditional and innovative strategies to empower our
community to overcome historical business and financial obstacles,
                   4. We improve access to capital, capacity building, government and business contacts.

The Chamber is also working to establish and insure ongoing community connections. Our
participation, education and enrollment of people needing quality affordable health care provided by
Covered California is just an example of our goal to keep our community connected.

We advocate for African-American and minority owned businesses, veterans, contracts and vendors
                to secure lucrative business opportunities.

RCBCC believes that “together we can do more” for all facets of our community.
