In addition, Sigma Beta Xi leads the Alliance for Boys and Men of Color of

Riverside County, allowing us to bring together public and private organizations

to break down barriers for boys and men of color in order to dismantle the school

to prison pipeline. Sigma Beta Xi administers the Rites of Passage program in

Western Riverside County, which is a mental health prevention program that

uses pan African history and culture to strengthen the resiliency of African

American males. In 2016, we coordinated the Cal EITC 4 Me program in East

Income Tax Credit to low income families. For the last 9 years we have

administered the Rockabilly Extravaganza Car Show. With the help of our

partners we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for cancer research

and our youth mentoring programs. Currently, the Rockabilly Extravaganza Car

Show is one of the premier car shows in Southern California, attracting

thousands of car enthusiast and families.

Sigma Beta Xi, Inc. Briko Marketing sales the Briko technology tool kits and will

Do-It-Yourself technology tool kit built for everyone to learn electronics, robotics

projects. Through this venture we hope to empower the next generation by

democratizing technology and entrepreneurship. We believe Briko is a tool that

will help develop social entrepreneurs. Through Briko our communities in the

Inland Empire will have the technology to solve the social issues that face our

region today and in the future.
