To our Dealers,

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our 2021 Spring Order Program. In this program you will
find new items and new lines, some new discounts, and a wide array of merchandise that we
hope you will find to be helpful in your preparations for the spring rush. If you have any questions
about the terms, lines, discounts or any other issues, please contact your territory manager or our
inside sales team for assistance. Orders for this program may be mailed, faxed or sent in with a
delivery driver or your territory manager. We ask that they be clearly marked “Spring Order”. If
you submit the order electronically, please remember that the total shown by that method will be
higher than the actual billing for the spring order. For your convenience we have included an
order page which you may duplicate to record additional part numbers. If their assistance would
be helpful, you may schedule a time with your territory manager to review your purchase history
and help you to navigate the program to get the best discounts, terms, and inventory coverage.
New this year is the digital flipbook spring order program all in color! Please notify us if you do not
want to be added to our email list for programs and promotions. Since the Spring Order Program
is intended to help you increase your inventory levels before spring, and because there may be a
two to four week lead time between receiving and shipping your spring order, ordering parts on
the spring order for repair jobs in progress may delay the completion of those jobs. We use a FIFO
(First In First Out) system in the processing of the spring orders, but if you have some special con-
cerns about timing, etc., please contact your territory manager or Customer Service, and we will
do the best to accommodate your special needs.

We value your feedback so please count on us with any questions or concerns that you may have.
