Each of us is a Road

The road is not predetermined, it is not paved, it is not outside of us. It is
within us and it unfolds with each of our choices. We all walk together in life,
but each of us carries our own path. The one he has chosen to go through in
his life. We honour the wonderful, unique culture of each and all of us. It is

this multiculturalism that we want to serve and promote.

The Nicosia Marathon is not an isolated event on the second Sunday
of every December. It is a constant source of inspiration for all kinds of
runners in life. Recognition of our uniqueness, belief in our superpowers,
perseverance and patience with the long-term goal, harmony with ourselves

and the environment, generosity and altruism. These are the values we want
to see flourish in the lives of Nicosia and every Nicosia of the world.
