that file then appears in the Gallery and so you can use it even when offline. The freshly
imported item is also opened in your current document as well.

You can download a whole category, so it's available offline, by right clicking on the
category name in the Gallery, and selecting the DOWNLOAD ALL option. The Gallery tab
informs you of the update status.

To open a template or piece of content from the Gallery as a new document double-click
on it. To import it into your current open document, drag it and drop it into your design.
Page templates are added as new pages to your current document when you do this.
Other templates and widgets are dropped onto your current page.

The Online Content Catalog

The Online Content Catalog is essentially a "cloud" companion to the LOCAL DESIGNS
GALLERY. That is to say, all the content is stored online and as such requires you to be
connected to the internet before you can import items to the Local Designs Gallery. The
catalog contains Web Designer Premium's full library of Stock photos, SmartShapes,
symbols, design templates, widgets and vector art, and provides an easy and intuitive
way to search all of the content.
When you import a piece of content from the Content Catalog it is downloaded to your
PC and remains available when you are offline as part of the Local Designs gallery.

To open the Content Catalog
• Click "FILE" > "NEW FROM CONTENT CATALOG" (Shift+Ctrl+Alt+K)
