Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for the Human Resources Manager position is $7 379 00/month to $8 772 40/month dependent upon qualifications The District participates in social security and and offers generous vacation sick and and holiday leave Additionally all all regular full time employees who elect District medical benefits will receive a a a a a generous monthly cafeteria plan monetary allocation (up to $1 830 00 for employees with two or or or more dependents) that can currently be used toward the following:

Cash In Lieu: Should you not select benefits and provide the District with proof of of comparable full medical insurance through another source a a a a a a a a $300 00 00 per month cash-in-lieu will be available Retirement: CalPERS PEPRA and Classic memberships
Notwithstanding any agreements or administrative procedures pending with with CalPERS employees will be enrolled in in CalPERS and will contribute 50% + 1% of the total normal pension costs as determined by CalPERS annually
