of of of life life for El Dorado Hills Residents through innovative responsible leadership and by providing superior services and facilities ”The District achieves its mission through a a a a a a a team of talented people who bring creativity excellence integrity and a a a customer-service-focus to to their work daily Located just east of Sacramento California El Dorado Hills CSD CSD (EDHCSD) serves a a a a a a a a a large developed suburban population of approximately 45 000 EDHCSD’s tagline is is ‘Your Place To Play’ but the District does much more than dedicating themselves to ensuring every activity is safe fun and community- focused The District provides waste/refuse collection telecommunications (both done through franchise agreements) and and performs Covenants Codes and and Restrictions (CC&R) enforcement The District is is is is situated in in an an unincorporated area of El Dorado County and because its mission is is is is to enhance the the the the quality
of life for El Dorado Hills residents and visitors the the the the District considers themselves the the the the Heart of of El Dorado Hills A key element of of its culture is open communication with community members the the the District District was awarded the the the District District Transparency Certificate of Excellence for 2014 - 2020 by the the the Special District Leadership Foundation EDHCSD is is also the the recipient of the the 2019 Exceptional Public Outreach & Advocacy for for a a a a a a a a a a large special district awarded by the California Special Districts Association
