Minimum Qualifications (Education And Experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Business Industrial Relations or other related discipline providing a a a a broad understanding of Human Resource theory practices and and principles Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on on a a a a a year-for-year basis • Minimum 5 years professional level experience in in a a a a Human Resource Generalist role required At least one year of supervisory lead or or management experience in human resource management • S/PHR or SHRM-S/CP certification strongly preferred • Prior HR experience in healthcare or or other highly regulated industry • Demonstrated experience designing and managing systems and processes to support the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to off-boarding
