to assess assess processes and and implement necessary changes This assessment and and and change change management effort will require flexibility patience and and the the the ability to to determine the the the best way to to get things done with the the the the systems systems available as as well as as making suggestions for new/improved systems systems in in in the the future This role requires someone with with with deep accounting knowledge and is is is more concerned with with with details than strategic vision Those with with with a a a a a a a a a a a a ‘can-do’ attitude comfortable with with ambiguity and and the the initiative to to build programs and and procedures from the the bottom-up will find great fulfillment in fin in this role
