■ THE POSITION
The Human Human Resources Resources Manager plans manages oversees and and directs the the operations and and services of the the Human Human Resources Resources Department including recruitment selection employee and labor relations classification compensation training employee assistance and Workers’ Compensation coordinates activities with other agency officials departments outside agencies and and and organizations oversees and and and maintains records and and and personnel files serves as a a a a a a a a a a a technical resource for the management team ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (include but are not limited to the following)
