THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be an an approachable experienced leader in the the Child Welfare arena with the the ability to work collaboratively with the the senior management team staff and stakeholders including other County departments public safety the the the courts and and community groups A professional demeanor and and the the the ability to advise staff on on the the the best practices for engagement prevention court work and and permanency is expected Strong communication skills both verbal and and written and and political sensitivity are paramount Ideal candidates will be successful change change agents familiar with change change initiatives throughout the service continuum including but not limited to: The California Child Welfare Core Practice Model Families First Prevention Services Act Act (FFPSA) and AB 403 (the Foster Care Care Continuum of Care Care Act) to help
lead the the organization through the the transformation necessary to ensure all children have a a a a a a a a a a a a home and permanent family connections A transparent leader committed to to to mentoring engaging and encouraging staff in in in in a a a a a a a a a progressive manner to to to build their confidence who models effective critical thinking and a a a a commitment to supporting families will find this role fulfilling
