The Current Current Planning Program staff staff provides a a a a a a a a a a a a a a diverse range range of planning planning planning services related to to development review and and customer service service Current Current planning planning planning staff staff also assist in in in in in in in long range range planning planning planning initiatives Staff Staff members serve as as as as case managers for zoning master plan plan plan plan site plan plan plan plan and and subdivision applications applications Staff Staff Staff focus on on on on on the the the efficient processing of development applications applications in in in in in accordance with the the the Aurora Places Comprehensive Plan and and and the the the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Staff Staff seek to to foster high quality places by providing creative and and and and balanced solutions to to land use development development and and and and and neighborhood issues Additionally development development review staff are currently responsible for the the management management of of of oil and and and and and and gas permits The division includes management management of of of three boards and and and and and and commissions: Planning and and and and and and Zoning Commission Board Board of of of of Adjustments and and and and and and the the Oil and and and and and and Gas Committee On average staff process over over 150 development and and and and 40 Board Board of of of Adjustment Adjustment cases per year along with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a very active customer service desk which facilitates the issuance of of over over over a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 1000 business licenses and and responds to to over over 5 000 000 phone inquiries 1 1 1 700 emails and and 1 1 1 800 walk-ins per year
