As the mountain top drew nigh, Sy sighed,
"I thought we'd never climb so high! It is
as though we're in the sky !"
"Yes," replied Lu Lai, "being on this
mountain is a real high. But oh my, by
tomorrow you and I shall pain from our
toes to our thigh!"
