The Kid was abducted
The expense was deducted
The student was instructed
The view was obstructed
The building was constructed
The soldier was inducted
The music was conducted
But the bankrupt business was misconducted
Story 305
The Dud
Bud, please don’t do this or that! Bud’s mother would often cry. But Bud would
reply , “Oh, fuddy-dud !”
Once Bud left on spigot to purposely cause a flood. At recess he could never
catch on to Spud: whenever his number was called – instead of catch, he’d scud.
His classmates said he acted like the Hollywood super stud, Hud; that is until one
day when a pretty lass in his class hammered his NOSE and besmeared his CLOTHES
with blood. Now instead of “Bud,” everybody now calls him - “Dud.”
