                                                One To Won
Mr. Blevin said to his youngster Kevin:
“Lesson One: Anyone and the hot sun can rise,
but only the sun can set, son.
“Lesson Two, I say to you: A ton of feathers weighs
exactly the same as a ton of steel or a ton
                                     of anything except fun.
“Lesson THREE, listen to ME: Two take away one
                                     leaves one.
“Lesson Four, don’t ignore: One take away one
                                     leaves absolutely none.
                              “Lesson Fi v w i v es
Fi v e e is about w i v es: No one (no man, that is)
should marry just anyone, and heavens, never a nun !
“Lesson Six will keep you from a fix: Realize that what is
well begun is nearly half done.
And lastly, Lesson Seven, Kevin : Just because something
seems lost, doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be
found – perhaps it can be won !”
                                                                                                              -159-
