On the lower floor and within our reception area, just as
you enter our theatre school, there will be a state of the art
temperature monitoring terminal.
We have put this fantastic system in place as a safety
precaution, and we were incredibly lucky to receive
funding to support our plans for increased safety within our
award-winning performing arts academy.
All of our visitors, staff and students will pass this thermal
safety monitor on entering the building, and it will assess
everyone’s temperature on arrival, highlighting to us if
anyone has a fever or a higher than average temperature.
In most cases, if someone is feeling poorly and suffering
from a fever, they will rest up and not leave home, so this
system is likely never to really be needed. Still, in these
unusual times, we feel that prevention is best, and we
believe that every precaution is necessary to ensure the
safety of every single person using our building.
