Data Acquisition

Allows Special Agents to conduct their own evidence acquisition of cell phones,
hard drives, flash drives and other digital media storage devices in a
forensically sound manner. They can then transfer the collected evidence to a
Computer Forensic Agent or Analyst (CFA) for analysis. This allows agents to
conduct operations without having to have a CFA on site, and also allows CFAs
to focus on analysis of evidence and not expend as much time with data
collection. A test run of the training has been put on, and adjustments to the
course are being made based on the feedback received.
