The number of reference questions, consultations, and consultation hours in the

University Archives decreased from the previous year. This is likely due to COVID-19

and the changes it brought to Chatham's campus. Chatham staff and outside

researchers continue to be the largest group of archives users, together accounting

for 67% of all research questions.
