The plan can be found on KHRC%u2019s Weatherization Assistance Program webpage under the Weatherization State Plans menu. The 2025 State Plan is very similar to the 2024 plan, but revisions have been made to the Miscellaneous, Energy Audit Procedures, and Monitoring Activities.
