Romaine markets were active in 2019.  Weather was the primary reason in both Salinas and Yuma.  When romaine crops are
                stressed the yields are much worse which results in an increase in romaine that is required to honor contracts.  Romaine sales to
                consumers are still struggling from the past three years of FDA advisories.  Investigation results are not identifying the reason as
                clearly as they hoped leaving grower/shippers, distributors and end users frustrated.

                The produce distributor landscape was reduced in 2019 by 6.  In 2015 we started with 106 produce DC’s and we have reduced to
                74.  By aligning with the premier produce distributors in each region we can maintain effective compliance to the program.  •
