The Problem is itself a Solution
to do all the work outside the home. I said this was not
a problem and gave him my formula: Not to solve the
problem is also a way of solving the problem.
On my insistence, he told his wife that his guru had
ordered him to re-start his studies and leave all the
household affairs to her, so that from that day onwards,
she would be entirely in charge of all domestic matters,
both inside and outside the home. Then a miracle
happened. Within the space of just one year, his wife
acquired a working knowledge of English and started
managing all the domestic affairs.
If you are facing some new problem, don’t just say
that you don’t know how to solve it. Simply involve
yourself in the problem and soon you will find that
your mind has embarked on a course which will enable
you to resolve the issue quite rapidly.
When you feed a problem into a computer, it starts
working at the incredible speed made possible by
modern electronics. It explores a vast amount of data
and within minutes, sometimes within seconds, it
gives you the correct answer. The same is true of the
mind. The mind is like a super computer, which, when
you feed a problem into it, will start working and, by
exploring all the relevant branches of knowledge, will
provide you with a well-considered response, a well-
planned solution.
Every question or problem is a challenge to your
mind. Such challenges are always taken up by the mind,
which tries to meet them as its natural duty. So, if you
face some problem, don’t lapse into a state of tension or
