I'm not laying claim to knowing a lot about poetry or being well versed in the classics.

to the limit, in fact each misspelled word or improper punctuation has been precisely
calculated to the give the reader the impression I never paid any attention in school.

This way my English teachers, bless their hearts, will have the satisfaction of knowing
they were right to claim I wasn't paying any attention in their class.
