After serious frustration, trial and errors, I created what I call my Holy Grail and
                                                 By Shawn Renee Jones
named it NEUROBANA, the groundbreaking intersection of behavioral
neuroscience and Ikebana (Japanese floral artistry). Now, what was my personal

quest for a sustainable way of living has morphed into a global mission to teach
others how to achieve similar miracle results for themselves and enjoy their own
             version of happiness and fulfillment.

The magic happens the moment you start implementing mindful actions, doing
more of what you love, less of what you tolerate and none of what you hate.
Curating your landscape and the people in it is critical! Same applies to bringing
nature and biophilic elements into your physical space by using Ikebana as
therapeutic art and way of self-expression. NEUROBANA is an eco-friendly and
holistic practice that can be done anytime, anywhere, while having great fun at it
and training your brain for resourcefulness and problem solving skills under any
             conditions.

You are one decision away from enjoying beautiful Zen environments, conducive
to amazing mental health benefits and inner peace. Explore what NEUROBANA

can do for a happier you!
