2021 Employee Benefits
The Benefits of Working at VSolvit
As all US employers continue to struggle with the ever‐increasing costs of health care, VSolvit has been hard at work to
ensure our employees continue to be provided with the best possible, and most affordable health care plans.
VSolvit’s management team recognizes the detrimental impact of any increase in healthcare costs and left no stones
unturned in addressing increasing healthcare costs ‐ including soliciting alternative bids from other available insurance
companies.
As such, VSolvit has opted to increase the overall company contribution towards the healthcare insurance premium,
thereby absorbing most of the cost increase where possible.
After significant negotiations and deliberations, we are excited to announce that beginning January 1st, 2021:
We will continue to offer Cigna’s medical plans (based on the tremendously positive feedback from VSolvit employees)
We can keep our HSA plan at $0 for employee only coverage
We can keep the same employee contributions for dental and vision for employee and dependents
A few minor changes to the OAP in‐network only plan (deductible and out‐of‐pocket maximum)
A slight increase to some employee contributions for the medical plans.
2021 Open Enrollment
Each year VSolvit holds its employee benefits open enrollment, where you may choose to elect to enroll in VSolvit’s
benefit plans, change the plans you are currently enrolled in, and change whom you cover on your plans by adding or
deleting dependents.
What you need to do to make sure you have the coverage you want:

Discuss your benefit needs with your family
Decide what benefits you want for the 2021 plan year
Who is Eligible?
Full‐time employees and their eligible spouse and dependent(s).
When can I enroll or make changes to my plans?
Within 30 days of date of hire
Current employees may enroll / make changes during annual open enrollment held in Dec and effective Jan 1st
Current employees may make changes if they experience a Qualifying Event such as a birth, marriage, divorce,
loss of other coverage, etc. You must notify HR within 30 days of the event
Enroll Online @ https://landing.paychex.com/
Open Enrollment is November 9 ‐ 20. Enroll online using the Paychex online enrollment portal available 24/7 during
VSolvit’s open enrollment period.
