PROTOTYPE TEAM | LIFE TIME
I joined Life Time in 2019 as Director of Architecture Proto- type and, based on my previous experiences, was asked to help build and develop a more robust Prototype and Standards pro- gram within the Architecture group.
Life Time’s club facilities are complex structures that house a multitude of uses and activities. Each having unique design at- tributes and requirements.
While my time at Life Time was cut short due to the COVID virus, I had the opportunity to build a solid performing team and begin an effort of cataloging the club design standards and documentation.
The next few pages illustrate just a couple of my key work ef- forts including mapping out the Prototype team structure and supporting relationships as well as developing a more effective Change Management process.
