PROTOTYPE TEAM DEVELOPMENT | LIFE TIME
One of the first efforts that I initiated at Life Time was to assess the need to define and standardize the club design and construction requirements to help promote better consistency and help manage the build-out costs of new club facilities.
After the initial focus to understand the key design components and the interrelationships of the individual business needs, I mapped out a team structure to best support the organization’s build- out program. The graphic above illustrates the team structure that I implemented based on those needs.
